C.L.S. – Controls and Special Works S.r.l. has adopted a specific Organizational Act, aimed at encouraging within the Company the good practice of reporting any violations of European and national regulatory provisions of implementation detrimental to the public interest or the integrity of the Company (whistleblowing), as a manifestation of sense civic function functional to the pursuit of corporate interests in ethics and legality.
The objective of the Organizational Act is to provide any potential reporting person who, in the working context or in the exercise of the rights he or she holds by virtue of the role held, has become aware of acts or omissions which prefigure illicit within the Company, adequate information regarding the possible methods of transmitting reports and the protections connected to them.
The Organizational Act is prepared in compliance with the provisions regarding the protection of people who report violations of European Union law and national implementation regulations, set out in the Legislative Decree. 24/2023, and taking into consideration the guidelines issued on the matter by the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC).
