L’impresa Controlli e Lavori Speciali s.r.l. (C.L.S.) was born in 1999 by taking over a company branch of De Villa Lavori Edili Specializzati s.r.l. carrying out activities of which it was specialized and in particular: :

• carrying out checks, inspections, surveys, inspections, samples and tests also with high performance and advanced technology equipment;
• construction, renovation and maintenance of highways, roads, bridges, tunnels;
• the active rental of equipment, special vehicles, necessary means of work, necessary or useful for the performance of all the activities indicated above.

Mrs Gilda De Villa Palù is the representative legally resposible as well as being the technical director, a position also held by Mr Mario De Villa Palù.

At present the registered office is in Dolceacqua (IM), while the offices and the warehouse are situated in Via Gallardi 36 in Ventimiglia (IM).

During 2001, C.L.S. obtained the SOA certification (Società Organismo di Attestazione) in place of its A.N.C. (Albo Nazionale dei Costruttori) registration.
